My favourite form of exercise is squash! It began with me growing up watching my dad play squash and then after joining the squash club at university, I just fell in love with it. When you describe it as hitting a ball against a wall, I admit it doesn’t sound very exciting! But as soon as I get on that court, I love the speed of the game and the concentration it requires! There’s no room for worries, anxieties or fears to follow me onto that court. I’m very much in the present moment when I’m playing and that’s what I love about the game!!
